Calls several times a day and doesn't respond when I answer. Dead silence for a few minutes and then a hang up.

Called me about a final embarq bill that I never got. Wanted me to send the check to RPM. I stated that I would send the check out the next day for the total and now they have called me several times since and it is just the next day. They call early in the morning about every 2 hours but no one answers or leaves a message. This is a ridiculous practice, and it is also very wrong of embarq not to keep their promise to send a final bill when I specifically asked for one due to a simiar problem with sprint. It would be best if the company itself would call you at least once before they sent you to collections in case it is their fault. How can you pay a bill when you don't know the amount and can't get into your online account once it is closed. This practice can mess up your credit because of crappy companies.

Left a 4 minute voicemail with nothing but people talking in the background and paper being shuffled.

These calls are very annoying. I would like for them to stop immediately! I answered the phone call from this number today, but no one spoke. I became irritated and attempted to call back only to here an automated message that placed me on hold. I became even more irritated and hung up my phone. The recording says, " THANK YOU FOR CALLING GROCERY SAVINGS DIRECT! IT'S ABOUT GROCERY DISCOUNT VOUCHERS FOR A THOUSAND DOLLARS." STOP CALLING ME! Thank you!

These people keep calling and leaving no message. They call at least three or four times a day. I am on the "Do Not Call" List and I would love to know who they are so I can report them to the FCC.

no voicemail message left. tried to call back..."not in service"...called BEFORE 9AM...!! DNC registry doesn't seem to work!
